Job Overview:
Zomato is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for Zomato’s range of products and services. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of products and services for new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Zomato’s offerings to effectively position products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role. Experience in the food delivery or tech industry is a plus.
- Skills Required:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a drive for achieving results.
