Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Zomato’s customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about Zomato’s products and services
Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Customer Feedback and Insights
- Gather and document customer feedback and insights to improve Zomato’s products and services
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to drive business growth

Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Language
- Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
