Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Zomato’s customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about Zomato’s products and services

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Customer Feedback and Insights

  • Gather and document customer feedback and insights to improve Zomato’s products and services
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to drive business growth

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Language

  • Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
