  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information on Whitehat Jr.'s courses, platform, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns empathetically and effectively, working towards resolving issues to their satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
  • Provide detailed and informative explanations of Whitehat Jr.'s coding curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student progress to parents and students.
  • Process order-related requests, including registration, enrollments, and subscription changes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide technical support to students and parents, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, course materials, and online assessments.
  • Offer feedback to management on customer trends, suggestions, and areas for improvement to enhance customer service operations and overall customer experience.
