• Oversee the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations and providing support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest stays and room reservations.
• Process payments and handle guest billing efficiently.
• Proactively identify and address potential guest issues, resolving them with courtesy and professionalism.
• Uphold Vedantu's brand standards and service values, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
