Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office documents, including filing, archiving, and retrieving records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and packages.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office supplies, and handling minor repairs.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage and maintain Swiggy's customer support system, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as company meetings, training sessions, and team outings.
- Provide support to the HR department in handling employee onboarding, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with office policies, procedures, and protocols.
