Job Title: Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Executive to join our team at Rapido Recruitment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors
- Coordinate and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Client Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of client information to the recruitment team
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews

Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the recruitment team
- Ensure effective communication between the front office and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs
