Rapido is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and enhance the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer service operations, developing strategies to improve service quality, and ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are handled effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high standards of service and support.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Manage and train customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to address customer needs and enhance overall service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, including customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service function.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving service quality.
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements in customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Experience with process improvement and implementing customer service best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
