Job Title: Marketing Director

Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement for Mother Dairy.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning.

Brand Management

Oversee the development and maintenance of the Mother Dairy brand, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Campaign Execution

Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful campaign execution.

Budget Management

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement.

Performance Analysis

Analyze campaign results, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

Education:

Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
