Job Summary:
As a Marketing Staff member, you'll be a key player in our marketing engine, supporting various initiatives across different channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, etc.), mobile apps, and other channels.
- Conducting research and analyzing customer data to gain insights and identify marketing opportunities.
- Creating compelling content (textual and visual) for various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
- Supporting with campaign optimization and performance tracking, using data to measure success and make adjustments.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars for assigned marketing channels.
- Craft engaging social media posts, email marketing content, and other marketing materials.
- Support the creation of high-quality visuals (images, infographics) for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and generate reports.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new marketing tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a relevant field (freshers can apply).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content (text and visuals).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for e-commerce and the online retail industry (a plus).
