Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Address a wide range of customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, payments, account management, product returns, and troubleshooting technical issues on the Flipkart platform.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers, ensuring they understand Flipkart's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (warehouses, delivery partners, sellers) to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify and escalate critical customer issues to ensure they receive the necessary attention.
