Job Title: Financial Advisor

Job Summary:

As a Financial Advisor at PayPal, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to our customers, helping them make informed decisions about their financial lives. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and develop personalized financial plans to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Meet with customers to discuss their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving financial needs
• Provide expert financial guidance and recommendations to customers, including investment advice, retirement planning, and estate planning

Financial Planning

• Create personalized financial plans for customers, including investment portfolios, retirement plans, and estate plans
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations on investment products, such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds
• Develop and implement strategies to help customers achieve their financial goals

Product Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on PayPal’s financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and investment products
• Develop expertise on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry
• Provide training and support to customers on PayPal’s financial products and services

Sales and Growth

• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and increase customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a financial advisory role
• Professional certifications, such as CFP, CFA, or CPA, are highly desirable

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Licenses and Certifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Life and health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
