Job Overview:

Dabur is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and overseeing market research. This role requires a strong background in marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and online content.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to measure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Develop and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and other external partners to enhance marketing efforts.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Dabur’s marketing strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving brand growth. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
