Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Associate to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives, from conducting market research and analyzing data to creating marketing materials and supporting social media campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your marketing skills, and contribute to the success of a leading Indian brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with the development of creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Schedule and manage social media content calendars, curate engaging content, and interact with followers.
• Support with the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation.
• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and activities (may require occasional travel).
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a relevant field (freshers can apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A passion for marketing and a keen interest in consumer behavior.
• Working knowledge of social media marketing principles is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite) is a plus.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
