• Offer expert guidance and personalized recommendations to optimize performance, increase visibility, and drive partner growth.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports and data-driven recommendations to empower partners and fuel their success.
• Stay updated on evolving platform features, policies, and industry trends to provide relevant and valuable support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of partner success initiatives, driving continuous improvement and satisfaction.
