  • Troubleshoot technical issues with patience and clarity, guiding customers through self-service options when appropriate.
  • Offer proactive solutions and personalized recommendations, exceeding expectations and leaving customers feeling empowered.
  • Empathize with customer frustrations and de-escalate situations with professionalism and understanding.
  • Adhere to company policies, service protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
  • Document interactions accurately and effectively to maintain clear records and contribute to knowledge sharing.
