We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Asian Paints. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop strategies to address them
• Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to understand their business goals and objectives

Customer Success Planning

• Create and execute customized customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

Customer Communication and Feedback

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective communication and support
• Gather and document customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements
• Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Performance Metrics and Analysis

• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements

Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of best practices and processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
