Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage and process invoices, payments, and credits
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
