Job Overview:
Amul is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team. This role is open to freshers with a strong administrative background and a keen interest in managing office operations. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the management team with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and review administrative documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for administrative expenses.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, managing records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address administrative needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers with relevant internships or project experience in administrative roles are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
