Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned region, aligning with Amul's overall business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve sales targets and consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and consumer partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand Amul's market share and achieve sales growth in the region.
• Represent Amul at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, building brand awareness and promoting Amul's products and services.
