Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns
• Manage customer relationships
• Create and manage customer-facing content
• Track and measure customer marketing results
• Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that customer marketing campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
