Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary:

Airtel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join their team in 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of employees to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving team performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week
• May require occasional travel for business purposes
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced envi
